The hotel is lauded for its efforts to refresh one of Southeast Asia’s most treasured properties and for Sofitel’s relaunch of the Metropole as the hotel group’s first Legend property.

The Metropole will take the award in a ceremony at the Venetian Macao Resort Hotel on September 17^th.

In 2009, the hotel won recognition on Conde Nast Traveler’s Gold List and Travel + Leisure’s list of the 500 Best Hotels in the World.
