The best of Italian traditional culinary traditional will be presented to capital customers in the Italian Food Festival held in Hanoi on November 15.

Organised by the Embassy of Italy in Hanoi in collaboration with the Italian restaurants Leone d'Oro, Luna d'Autunno and Mediterranean, this event promises to be a delightful evening beneath the stars, immersing those who attend in an extravagant wealth of Italian aromas and flavours. Besides satisfying the tastes of the finest connoisseurs of Italian cuisine, the Italian Food Festival 2008 will also offer people who have recently discovered or are simply curious about Italian culture and cuisine excitement in the form of a pizzaiolo (pizza chef) direct from Italy who will give pizza-making demonstrations – organised in collaboration with Intercontinental West Lake Hotel - throughout the evening.

The party in the open air will be made even livelier and grandeur by the sounds of the best Italian music arranged by Dj Tri Minh.

The festival will start at the American Club on November 15 from 5.30pm.
