On November 7, Mr. Ho Van Nien, Provincial Vice Chairman, chaired a meeting on preparing Culture- Tourist Opening Festival 2009. The program is scheduled to take place from January 29 to February 4, 2009 (From 1st to 10th of Lunar New Year) in all districts, town and city of Ba Ria- Vung Tau,

among which Vung Tau city, Loc An wharf and Con Dao distric are the main places to ceremory the Festival.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ho Van Nien said that the activities of Culture- Tourist Opening Festival 2008 should be hold at the some places, and try to attract as more tourists as possible.
