The Life Resorts has signed an agreement with Hoang Tra Travel for the co-development of a 182-room property on Danang’s China Beach.
The four-hectare (10 acre) resort, located three kilometers from downtown Danang and 30 kilometers from Hoi An, will emerge as the largest entity in Life’s growing suite of owned and managed properties in Vietnam.
“After several years’ operation in nearby Hoi An, we’ve realized that we’ve only scratched the surface of travelers’ interest in central Vietnam,” said Chris Duffy, General Director of the Life Resorts. The resort’s initial design calls for several food & beverage outlets, including a 250-seat flagship venue, a spa and health club, casino and a business center than can accommodate 500 for banquets and 750 in theater-style seating.
A pair of four-storey hotel blocks house most of the resort’s rooms, including 10 executive suites and a presidential suite. Fifteen stand-alone villas flank one side of a long pool corridor splicing the middle of the resort.
The new Life property boasts proximity to three UNESCO World Heritage sites — Hoi An, Hue (90km distant) and My Son (40 km), the former colonial French hill stations at Bach Ma and Ba Na, the Marble Mountains, Son Tra Peninsula, Lang Co and the Hai Van Headlands.
The resort will be located on Ho Xuan Huong Street, at Bac My An Beach. (Source: CPV) |
