A 400 million USD project to develop a 1,000 ha tourist site in Phan Thiet city, the central province of Binh Thuan, has been licensed. 
The Dai Duong Valley tourist site will be built in the Tien Thanh-Ham Thuan Nam area in Tien Thanh communes, Phan Thiet city. The coastal area is widely known for its unique beautiful landscape. 
 

The Delta-Valley Binh Thuan Co. Ltd., owner of the investment project, is the joint venture between the Chau Tho joint stock investment company of Vietnam and Yoakside Trading Limited of the Ukraine.
