Cattigara One Limited of Singapore has received investment licence to build Bai Chuoi-Lang Co resort in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue. Cattigara One Limited will invest 102 million USD in building a luxury resort on an area of 100 ha.

The project will be carried out in two phases with the first phase having an investment capital of 50 million USD and will be completed after 30 months.

The second phase will be conducted in three years at an investment of 52 million USD.
