Mekong Can Tho 2008 Tourism Festival, Hue Festival and the World Heritage site of Ha Long Bay will be featured during the International Travel-Trade Show in Berlin (ITB) from March 5 to 9.

Vietnam Airlines and 27 tour operators and hoteliers will also join the ITB, the world’s leading travel trade show.

Do Tung Lam, director of the Viet Nam Administration of Tourism’s Centre for Tourism Consulting and Promotion, said the national tourism authority would also call on visitors to cast a vote for Ha Long Bay as one of the world’s new seven wonders of nature.

The show’s organiser said around 11,000 companies from 180 countries and territories will be exhibiting their products and services at the event.
