A five-star resort will be built at a cost of 40 million USD in Van Tri commune, Dong Anh, an outskirt district of Ha Noi. The 20-ha Ana Mandara Villas Ha Noi, to be invested by the Khanh Hoa Trade and Investment Company under Thailand’s Six Senses group, is expected to be completed on the occasion of the 1,000 th anniversary of Thang Long-Ha Noi in 2010. The company is running three luxury resorts in Viet Nam ’s central coastal city of Nha Trang and the Central Highlands resort city of Da Lat. The company plans to expand the Ana Mandara network to the Phu Quoc resort island in southern Kien Giang province, the imperial city of Hue, Ho Chi Minh City, northern Ha Tay province and the northern province of Quang Ninh.
