On October 19, Quang Ninh Province signed an investment license for the Hai Dang Company and Rockinghamasset Management, LLC (the Republic of Korea) to build a tourism complex in Van Don District.

The project, capitalized with 112 million USD, will be built on 300 hectares site and takes 46 months to complete. It will comprise of a 27-hole golf course, a five-star hotel, a villa, a open-air concert auditorium, and a sports complex.

The project’s operation will be validated in 50 years. This is the first overseas joint-venture project licensed in the Van Don Economic Zone.
