Foreign investments in the Real Estate for Tourism Development market have been flowing into Vietnam, according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI).

Leaders of the central province of Thua Thien-Hue signed an agreement on Oct. 14 permitting RoK’s Dream Palace company to invest in the construction of a resort bearing its name in Chan May-Lang Co EZ. 
 

The Republic of Korea-funded Amco-Mibaek Vietnam Ltd Company broke the ground of the Song Gia resort in Thuy Nguyen district of northern Hai Phong port city on September 25.  

Kien Giang Province's government has agreed in principle to the establishment of a company mandated to develop infrastructure facilities for the tourist island of Phu Quoc, said an official in charge of investment in the district off the southern province.
