RoK invests in half a billion USD resort |

The Nam-A D&C Company of the Republic of Korea has received a licence for investment in a beach resort in Thua Thien-Hue province at the cost of almost 8.1 trillion VND (equivalent to 481.74 million USD). The project consists of an 18-hole golf course, 1,012 coastal villas, nine hotels with 600 rooms and a multi-purpose entertainment park, covering a total area of 317 ha. |

A 400 million USD project to develop a 1,000 ha tourist site in Phan Thiet city, the central province of Binh Thuan, has been licensed. The Dai Duong Valley tourist site will be built in the Tien Thanh-Ham Thuan Nam area in Tien Thanh communes, Phan Thiet city. The coastal area is widely known for its unique beautiful landscape. |

PM nods on projects to boost Phu Yen’s economy |

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung gave the nod to central coastal Phu Yen province to carry out three tourism and transport projects during his working session with provincial leaders on July 21. Those projects cover the development of the Ganh Da Dia tourist complex, the upgrade of Tuy Hoa airport, and construction of an expressway linking Tuy Hoa airport to the Ganh Da Dia tourist complex. |
