QNPPC on Mar. 26 held a meeting to receive feedbacks and then approve the script of Ha Long Carnival 2012. The meeting was chaired by Vice-Chairwoman of QNPPC Vu Thi Thu Thuy and attended by other leaders of relevant sectors and departments.
